Mediterranean pasta salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 300 g pasta (e.g. farfalle)
  • 1 jar of tomatoes, dried in olive oil
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 2 small cans of mushrooms, whole heads
  • 3 peaches halved from the can
  • 1 small jar of Pesto – Rosso
  • 400 g salad cream with yogurt
  • some basil, dried or fresh
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • some curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. After cooking, add a splash of oil to prevent the pasta from sticking. Finely chop the ham, sun-dried tomatoes, and peaches, and halve the mushrooms. Mix the salad cream with the pesto rosso. Combine all ingredients and season with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
