Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 210 g butter
- 210 g chocolate
- 7 eggs
- 270 g sugar
- 120 g flour
- 40 g cocoa powder
- Grease for the molds
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes
for approx. 7 pieces
Melt the butter and chocolate over steam. Then beat with the eggs and granulated sugar, and finally add the flour and cocoa powder. Pour into small, greased baking pans (approx. 7.5 cm in diameter and approx. 4 cm thick) and bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for approximately 7 to 10 minutes. The center will stay beautifully runny and tastes delicious with fresh fruit or vanilla ice cream. Caution: One small cake may not be enough. Makes approximately 7 small cakes.
