One-Pot Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¾ liter of milk
  • 2 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • 500 g pasta
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Parsley, chopped
  • 80 g Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 18 minutes; Total time approx. 38 minutes

Peel and press the garlic, and sauté it in a little oil in a large pot. Add 1/2 liter of water and the milk. Stir in the broth and add the uncooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 15-18 minutes. Stir occasionally. Fold in the parsley and Parmesan cheese and season again with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
