something very tasty

First, wrap a slice of bacon around each slice of goat cheese, place it in an ovenproof dish, and grill it under a preheated grill for about 4 minutes until the cheese begins to melt. Then, toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown. Mix the honey with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the cleaned salad on four plates, top with the goat cheese, drizzle with the dressing, and garnish with the pine nuts.
