Ingredients for 2 servings:

- 50 g leek
- 50 g celery
- 400 g peas, frozen
- 750 ml vegetable stock
- 50 g sour cream
- 1 handful of parsley
- 5 basil leaves
- some oil
- salt and pepper

Finely dice the celery, onion, and leek. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables for about 5 minutes. Then deglaze the vegetables with the vegetable stock and add the peas. Bring to a boil and simmer until the peas are tender (about 10 minutes). Add the herbs and purée the soup until creamy. Season the soup with salt and pepper and serve with a dollop of sour cream.
