Vegan yogurt dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 tsp vegan unsweetened yogurt
  • 4 tsp mayonnaise, vegan
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp, leveled sugar
  • 1 tsp sunflower oil
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for a large portion of salad

Mix all ingredients well and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Let the dressing sit for another 10-20 minutes, if desired. This dressing is enough for a large bowl of mixed salad for about 3-4 people if served as a side dish. If served as a main course, it serves two people.
