Banana – ginger – jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 g ginger, grated (may be left over)
  • 130 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 80 g gelling sugar, ratio 3:1
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of citric acid
  • 200 g banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for 1 glass 250ml content

Cook the ginger with orange juice, gelling sugar, lemon juice, and citric acid for about 5 minutes. Dice the banana, add it, and cook for about 2 minutes. While the jam is still hot, pour it into a clean jar with a screw cap and seal it tightly.
