Quick mushroom red wine sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 2 tsp paprika powder, mild
  • 1 tsp Fondor
  • ½ pack of frozen herbs (8 herb mix)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, according to taste
  • ¼ liter red wine, preferably Merlot
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Dice the onion and sauté in a hot pan with a little oil. Then squeeze the garlic over it and add it along with the herbs. Briefly fry everything together. Add the spices and then toss the mushrooms into the pan. Fry everything for about 5-8 minutes over medium heat. Deglaze with the red wine and, if necessary, add flour to adjust the consistency. Tastes perfect with meat and poultry.
