Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 packs of feta cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 cans of tuna, marinated in oil
- 2 Pepper
- 2 large tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- 1 large onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the feta cheese and place it in a medium-sized baking dish with its juices. Finely chop the garlic and sprinkle it over the top. Then spread the shredded tuna with the oil on top, followed by the chopped peppers. Slice the onion into rings and arrange them on top, season with salt and pepper, and finally arrange the sliced tomatoes on top. Bake the casserole for 30 minutes at 200°C (400°F). Serve with baguette. Caution: Taste the peppers beforehand. If they’re very hot, use less.
