- 110 ml water
- 50 g cane sugar
- ½ lime(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 10 minutes
Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Then chop it finely. Roll the lime, halve it, and squeeze the juice. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Season to taste and pour into single-serve ice cream containers. Freeze for at least 5 hours. Then serve.
