Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 slice(s) of brown or black bread
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 16 slice(s) cucumber(s)
- 8 slices of Black Forest ham
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Crumble the bread and mix with the quark, seasoning with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture over the cucumber slices. Halve the ham lengthwise, roll each strip into a floret, and place it on top of the quark.
