- 2 bell peppers, yellow
- 4 packs of feta cheese

Finger food for special occasions
Wash the peppers, hollow them out, and cut them into strips approximately 1 to 1.5 cm wide. Cut the feta cheese into strips and place them on top of the pepper strips. Place the strips on a baking sheet, brush or use a teaspoon to brush the feta cheese with a few drops of olive oil, and sprinkle with oregano. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 10 minutes. Tip: Prepare the pepper strips approximately 2 hours before serving—this is when they really develop their flavor.
