Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g penne or other pasta
  • 500 g spinach, frozen (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 300 g cooked ham
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 150 ml whipped cream
  • 3 eggs
  • nutmeg
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the thawed spinach, and cook for a few minutes. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper. Cut the ham into strips. Layer the pasta, ham, and spinach alternately in a baking dish. Whisk the mascarpone with the cream and eggs until smooth, season with salt, pepper, and a little nutmeg. Pour the mixture evenly over the ingredients in the dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
