Pasta casserole with minced meat and peppers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 500 g pasta
  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow and green
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • garlic powder
  • herbs, Italian

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the onions and fry in a pan with a little oil until translucent. Then add the minced meat and fry. Then add the diced bell peppers and fry briefly. Add the passata and cream, bring to a boil, and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and Italian herbs. Place the raw pasta in a baking dish and mix with the minced meat sauce. Spoon on the crème fraîche and spread evenly with a spoon. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and drizzle with a little olive oil. Then bake in the oven without preheating at 175 degrees (fan oven) for 45 minutes.
