Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 375 g leaf spinach
- 3 tbsp oil (garlic oil)
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 375 g pasta, large shell pasta
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup of crème fraîche or sour cream
- 30 g butter
- 20 g flour
- ¼ liter of milk
- ¼ liter broth
- 100 g blue cheese
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with leaf spinach and minced meat
Sort and wash the spinach. Heat 2 tbsp. oil and fry the minced meat in it. Peel the onion and garlic. Dice both. Add to the minced meat and sauté. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water with a little oil for 10-12 minutes. Add the spinach to the minced meat. Close the lid and let it wilt. Season with salt and pepper. Add the crème fraîche. Drain the pasta, drain well, and place in an ovenproof dish. Fill the pasta with the minced meat mixture. Heat the fat. Sauté the flour in it, deglaze with milk and stock. Bring to a boil briefly. Melt the cheese in the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the pasta. Bake in a preheated oven (electric oven: 225°C, gas mark 4, fan: 180-200°C) for about 10 minutes.
