Diet recipe, food combining
Clean the broccoli, separate the florets, and blanch in salted water for 5 minutes, then set aside. Peel the stalk and cut into strips or rings. Brush the mushrooms and slice them. Cut 100g of Parma ham into strips. Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions, garlic, and ham strips for about 5 minutes. Place everything in a casserole dish. Heat the pan with oil again and fry the broccoli stalks and mushroom slices until browned, then season with pepper, salt, and chili. Cover and fry for another 5 minutes. Now loosen the browned residue with a dash of cream, add the mustard, season to taste, pour into the casserole dish, and mix everything together. Place the broccoli florets on top of the vegetables, scatter the remaining Parma ham over the top, cover with foil, and bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 30 minutes. Now you can serve the dish.
