Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200g Gouda
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cook the pasta al dente. Cut the ham into strips and halve or slice the mushrooms. Drain the cooked pasta, toss with the ham and mushrooms, and place in a baking dish. Make a sauce with the egg, cream, and Gouda cheese, season, and pour over the pasta. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the top layer is golden brown and crispy.
