Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 6 rolls (baked rolls are ideal!)
- 12 tbsp tartar sauce
- 12 slice(s) cheese , (sliced cheese)
- 2 tbsp fried onions
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- oil
Instructions

with minced meat
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Cut the rolls open and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, fried onions, and paprika, and fry in a pan until browned and crumbly. Spread the rolls with remoulade, then spread the minced meat evenly over them and place a slice of cheese on each one. Bake everything for about 10 minutes, until the rolls are slightly crispy and the cheese has melted and spread slightly. The remoulade gives the rolls a nice flavor; the kids like to add ketchup. It’s perfect for a party; kids love it too, and it’s ideal when you need something quick. Served with a fresh salad, it also makes a great family dinner.
