Juicy okara and flaxseed bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 50 g flaxseed
  • 450 g flour
  • 150g okara
  • some soy milk (soy drink) , (soy drink)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

In a bread maker: Add all ingredients and select the standard program (approx. 3 hours). Add soy milk if the dough is too dry. Conventional method: Knead all ingredients. The dough will be very sticky and soft. Let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 55 minutes. Note: The bread will shrink slightly after baking. It contains approximately 2140 kcal, 82 g protein, 38 g fat, and 364 g carbohydrates. Okara is a byproduct of soy milk and tofu production.
