Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g mushrooms
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 onion(s)
- 175 g butter
- 75 g breadcrumbs
- Parmesan, some fresh, grated
- Parsley, some fresh, chopped

Tastes super juicy and lots of garlic!
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Twist the stems out of the mushrooms and chop finely. Mix two crushed garlic cloves with the diced onion and mushroom stems. Melt half the butter in a pan. Sauté the mushroom mixture briefly. Add the breadcrumbs, some parsley, and Parmesan cheese and stir briefly. Stuff the mushrooms with this. Melt the remaining butter. Toss the third crushed garlic clove in the mixture for about 2 minutes. Pour half of the garlic butter into a shallow baking dish. Place the stuffed mushrooms in it and drizzle with the remaining garlic butter. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
