Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 baguette(s)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (white wine)
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Crostini d’aglio

Cut the baguette into approximately 2 cm thick slices. Press the garlic into a small bowl and season lightly with salt and pepper. Then pour enough olive oil over the garlic to coat it well. Add about 3 tablespoons of white wine vinegar and a little parsley and mix until the mixture reaches a slightly creamy consistency. Finally, spread a teaspoonful onto each baguette slice and bake in a preheated oven (approximately 180 degrees Celsius) for about 10 minutes until crispy. Be careful not to let the baguette turn black!
