Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 ml cream
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 120 ml lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Whisk the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until creamy. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold in. Place the lemon curd in the freezer for 2-2.5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes with an electric mixer.
