Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 75 g double cream cheese
- 5 tbsp brown sugar
- 100 g strawberries
- 1 pack of croissant dough (ready-made product)
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Fruity and fresh!
Mix the cream cheese with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Wash the strawberries, roughly chop them, and fold them in. Shape the croissant dough into three rectangles and place the strawberry mixture on the bottom half of each. Fold the dough over the top and press the edges firmly together. Bake in the oven according to the instructions. Before serving, melt the butter and brush the empanadas with it, then sprinkle with the remaining sugar.
