Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g cream
  • 100 g milk
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • 100 g cake (Christmas Stollen, approx. 2 slices)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

egg-free – for the ice cream maker

Mix the first four ingredients thoroughly, break the Christmas Stollen into large pieces, and add it to the ice cream maker. This yields approximately 500 ml of ice cream. If the ice cream is stored in the freezer for an extended period (at -18°C), it can be very solid. Either let it stand at room temperature for approximately 15 minutes before eating, or place it in the microwave (defrost setting) for approximately 2 minutes. Stir thoroughly with a fork until it is creamy again and easy to portion.
