refreshing ice cream, made quickly

Put the yogurt in a bowl. Wash and zest the oranges, then set aside. Cut them in half and add the flesh and the orange juice to the yogurt, making sure that no skin gets mixed in. Stir in the milk and sugar and slowly add the orange syrup. Then whip the cream in a separate bowl until semi-stiff and fold it into the yogurt and orange mixture. Add orange zest to taste. Chill everything for about 2 hours. Then put it in the ice cream maker and wait about 20 minutes for the delicious ice cream. Tips: 1. Add the orange zest as needed, as it gives the ice cream a bitter note. 2. If all the ingredients are really cold when preparing, you can put everything straight into the ice cream maker. Difficulty level: easy. Preparation time: about 20 minutes. Cooking time: about 20 minutes.
