Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g ice cream, vanilla
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 pack of gingerbread without icing
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • clove(s), ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the gingerbread in a food processor, mix with the whipped and sweetened cream, and season with cinnamon and clove powder. Arrange the ice cream on a dessert plate and garnish with the spiced cream.
