Zucchini casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 zucchini
  • 3 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 point cooked ham
  • 1 point tortellini
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme, fresh
  • Rosemary, fresh
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Wash and grate the zucchini, finely dice the onions, and mince the garlic. Cook the tortellini according to the instructions. Sauté the zucchini, onions, and garlic in butter. Then place in a greased dish. Top with finely chopped thyme and rosemary, cooked ham, and tortellini. Whisk the cream with the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the tortellini. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake everything for about 30 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat).
