Sue's favorite spaghetti

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150g spaghetti
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • some herbs, fresh like basil, oregano and chives (or frozen)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, good
  • 3 tbsp Emmental cheese, freshly grated
  • ½ ball of mozzarella
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

I always cook these when I cook for myself

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Dice the tomatoes and finely chop the garlic, chili, and herbs. Place the drained spaghetti in a baking dish with the chopped ingredients, olive oil, and Emmental cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice and mix well. Slice the mozzarella and cover the pasta with them. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
