Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 onions
- 4 carrots
- 3 bell peppers, colored
- ½ kg turkey or chicken
- ½ kg mushrooms, fresh
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely dice the onions and carrots, sauté in a wok with a little oil and 1/2 cup water. Slice the bell peppers and add them. Add the quartered mushrooms and diced meat, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and simmer until almost all the liquid has evaporated. Add 1 can of corn kernels, if desired. Serve with long-grain rice.
