Chinese pepper stir-fry

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g bell pepper(s), colored
  • 250 g poultry meat
  • vegetable broth
  • oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Sambal Oelek
  • Paprika powder
  • curry
  • Ginger powder
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the bell peppers and cut the meat into thin strips. Lightly season the meat with soy sauce and a little sambal oelek. Add 5 tablespoons of oil to a pan or wok. Briefly brown the meat, then add the bell peppers. Continue cooking both briefly, then carefully deglaze with the broth. Simmer for about 10 minutes and season to taste. Serve with basmati or jasmine rice.
