Breaded chicken thighs with apricot jam

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp apricot jam

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Pour the oil into a frying pan. Brown the salted and peppered thighs on both sides, then brush with apricot jam. Bake on a rack in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
