Lamb's lettuce with Gorgonzola, strawberries and strawberry dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 pack of strawberries
  • 100 g Gorgonzola, spicy
  • 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 2 tsp, heaped strawberry jam
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and spin the lamb’s lettuce. Wash and thinly slice the strawberries. Toss the lettuce and strawberries together and crumble the Gorgonzola over the lettuce with your hands. For the dressing, combine the oil, vinegar, jam, salt, pepper, and water and blend. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle over the salad just before serving.
