Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 bell peppers, colored
- 150 g asparagus, green
- 150 g carrot(s), yellow or orange
- 350 g chicken strips
- 500 ml cooking cream
- 200 g cream cheese spread
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Garlic powder or fresh garlic, squeezed
- onion powder
- Herbs of Provence
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
can also be prepared vegetarian
Wash the vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces. Sear the chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper while cooking. When the chicken is golden brown, add the vegetables and sauté for about five minutes. Then add the cream and cream cheese and simmer on low heat with the lid on for about 10 minutes. Finally, season to taste. We served it with rice.
