Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g margarine
  • 350 g sugar
  • 350 g flour
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 6 eggs
  • 5 apples or plums
  • n. B. cinnamon sugar
  • Grease for the tray

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

The ingredients are sufficient for 1 baking sheet. Combine all ingredients, except the apples, in a mixing bowl and whisk with an electric whisk until smooth. Grease the baking sheet well, spread the batter on it, and smooth it down. Peel, core, and slice the apples. Arrange the apple pieces on the batter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at approximately 175°C (top/bottom heat) for 20-25 minutes. For a change, simply omit the apples and use plums, for example. They taste great too.
