Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 7 onions
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 kg minced beef
- 2 cucumber(s) (pickles)
- 1 gr. can/n sauerkraut, without juice, chopped
- 2 tubes of tomato paste
- 2 tube(s) Paprika paste , alternatively use more Tomato paste
- 2 liters of broth, granulated
- salt and pepper
- Tabasco
- Mustard
- Fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the onions, bell peppers, and cucumbers and sauté them in fat. Brown the minced meat, add the sauerkraut and tomato paste. Combine everything in a pot and top up with granulated stock. Season with salt, pepper, Tabasco, and mustard. Simmer gently for 30 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
