Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 7 onions
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 kg minced beef
  • 2 cucumber(s) (pickles)
  • 1 gr. can/n sauerkraut, without juice, chopped
  • 2 tubes of tomato paste
  • 2 tube(s) Paprika paste , alternatively use more Tomato paste
  • 2 liters of broth, granulated
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco
  • Mustard
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the onions, bell peppers, and cucumbers and sauté them in fat. Brown the minced meat, add the sauerkraut and tomato paste. Combine everything in a pot and top up with granulated stock. Season with salt, pepper, Tabasco, and mustard. Simmer gently for 30 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
