Red wine – quince jelly

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 ml juice (quince juice)
  • 300 g red seedless grapes, quartered
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar, 2:1
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and quarter the grapes. Place the grapes, quince juice, lemon juice, and gelling sugar in a saucepan and cook according to the instructions. Stir frequently to give the jelly a reddish color. Pour the jelly into jars and seal tightly. If it’s too sweet, increase the amount of juice to 1.2 liters, use 300 g of grapes, and prepare the jelly with a 3:1 gelling sugar ratio.
