Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ butternut squash
  • 1 cinnamon stick(s)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces. Boil in a little water until soft. Then simmer the soft pumpkin flesh with the remaining ingredients in a saucepan for about 5-10 minutes. The pumpkin will almost fall apart when stirred. Remove the cinnamon stick from the pan and pour the jam into a hot, rinsed jar. Tip: Spread the jam with cream cheese.
