Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g apple
  • 600 g butternut squash (pure flesh)
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 34 minutes

Chop the apples and pumpkin into small pieces and blend them slightly. Let stand for 1 hour with orange juice, wine, and gelling sugar. Cook according to the gelling sugar instructions.
