Tomato, persimmon and mozzarella salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 large persimmons
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar di Modena
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and slice the tomatoes. Peel the persimmon, remove the stem, and slice. Slice the mozzarella. Either place everything in a bowl or arrange it on a plate in a shingle pattern. Season and drizzle with oil and vinegar. Garnish with parsley.
