Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 10 rolls (Briegel or long table rolls)
  • Butter for spreading
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 150 g cheese (Emmental)
  • 200g salami
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 1 onion(s)
  • lots of chives
  • Salt
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 cup of cream
  • pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop all ingredients into small pieces. Mix with the yogurt and cream and let it soak in well. Halve the bread roll and spread with butter. Spread the cheese, salami, and ham mixture on top and bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for about 10-15 minutes. Tip: If you don’t like sausage, you can omit it and replace it with a jar of drained mushrooms and a diced red bell pepper.
