Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp flour
- some milk (1.5%)
- some Maggi
- herbal salt
- chives
- 6 stalk(s) asparagus, cooked, still warm
- 1 tbsp butter for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
First, separate the egg and beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff. Combine the egg yolk with the flour, milk, Maggi, herb salt, and chives. Stir in the stiffly beaten egg white. Melt the butter in a pan and add the batter. Fry the omelet thoroughly on both sides and roll the warm asparagus into the finished omelet. Tip: If you like, you can also add the cooked asparagus, cut into small pieces, directly to the batter.
