Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g date(s), dried
- 50 g cranberries, dried
- 200 g hazelnuts or almonds, ground
- 3 tbsp oat flakes, gluten-free
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp orange zest or 1 packet orange flavoring
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp desiccated coconut
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the desiccated coconut in a blender or a bowl and blend vigorously until smooth. Then form small balls and roll them in the desiccated coconut. The orange flavoring can be replaced with rum flavoring or something else, if desired.
