Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g Greek yogurt, 2% fat, drained
- 2 tbsp lime juice or lemon juice
- 120 ml woodruff syrup
- 2 egg whites
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Frozen yogurt
Combine citrus juice and yogurt with the woodruff syrup. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Freeze in the ice cream maker for about 45 minutes, then let it set in the freezer if necessary.
