Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g chicken liver(s)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 m.-sized apple
  • some oil
  • some salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some psyllium husks

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 6 hours 25 minutes

Chop the chicken livers, apple, garlic, and onion into small pieces and fry in oil in a pan until cooked through. Puree thoroughly with a hand blender, bring to a boil, season with spices, and puree again. I also stirred in about 5g of psyllium husk at the end. I don’t know if that made a difference in the final consistency, but it was fantastic! Let everything cool, pour into containers, and refrigerate overnight.
