Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g liver(s) (beef, pork or veal), sliced
- 10 slices of bacon
- 2 apples, sliced
- 2 onions, diced
- pepper
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the bacon in a baking dish and fry. Place the peppered and salted liver slices on top of the bacon, then arrange the onions on top. Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Remove the foil, arrange the apple slices on top of the onions, and return to the oven, covered with foil, for another 15-20 minutes.
