Boudin with boiled potatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g black pudding without bacon (Boudin noir)
  • 1 vegetable onion(s)
  • 500 g potatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram
  • 1 tsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel the onion and dice it into small pieces. Fry it in oil and sauté until soft. Meanwhile, cook the boiled potatoes. When the onion is soft, add the boudin noir and fry briefly. Season to taste and pour over the potatoes.
