Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g boiled beef, cooked
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled, use only one yolk for the dressing
  • 8 slice(s) pickled gherkins (sandwich gherkins)
  • 4 tbsp cucumber water
  • 2 tbsp remoulade
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 4 tbsp salad cream (Miracel Whip so easy)
  • 1 tbsp mild mustard
  • 1 tbsp creamed horseradish
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 30 minutes

Cut the cooked boiled beef into small cubes. Peel the eggs. Reserve one yolk for the sauce. Dice the egg whites and the pickles. For the sauce, combine the egg yolks with the remaining ingredients. Add the meat, egg whites, and pickles, mix, and season to taste.
