Salami fried potatoes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g potatoes, boiled
  • 2 onions
  • 6 slices of salami
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Garlic, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Slice the potatoes. Dice the salami and onion and add them to a nonstick pan with a little oil. If the salami is fatty enough, you don’t need to add any more oil; just sauté it in the pan and then add the onions. Sauté the salami and onions together. Then add the potatoes and seasoning and fry until the ingredients reach the desired consistency. I like them best fried until crispy. The salami adds a nice flavor. Serve with a fried egg or a nice crisp salad.
