Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 1 jar sliced ​​mushrooms (or fresh mushrooms)
  • 3 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 2 small onions or 1 large onion
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • chili powder
  • curry powder
  • Ketchup (Hela Spice Ketchup)
  • Tomato ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the margarine in a pan. Briefly fry the finely diced onions and diced or crushed garlic. Add the minced meat and fry until crisp. After a while, add the diced bell pepper and mushrooms and fry. When the minced meat is nicely browned and crumbly, add about 100 ml of water and stir in about 100 ml of the spiced ketchup and tomato ketchup. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, chili, and curry. Rice goes very well with this dish.
