Onion salad with peppers and apples

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg onion(s), sliced
  • 1 jar tomato pepper, cut into strips
  • 3 apples, with peel cut into thin strips
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes

Separate the onion slices and mix them with the bell pepper and apple strips. Collect the juice from the tomato and pepper and mix it with the mayonnaise (if the sauce is too thin, simply add a little more mayonnaise). Mix everything together and let it sit in a cool place overnight.
